TERMS OF SERVICE

We want your experience with Mascardi to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The following terms ensure we are able to provide you with the best service and your full peace of mind. After all - you are joining the Mascardi Family!

Quality Verification

• Your Mascardi car is confirmed in full abidance with Kenyan regulations and full road-worthy condition

• Your Mascardi car comes covered under the Mascardi Premium Certified Quality Assurance.

• We welcome any inspections and technical checks before taking delivery of the car

• We are unable to process claims on issues following the delivery of the car. All our cars are delivered under the standard as-is-where-is clause.

Deposits

• All deposits made to Mascardi are non-refundable

• The deposits are fully refundable without penalty or deduction in the following cases:

  • Shall the vehicle have any major defect or issue

  • Shall we fail to deliver your car within the specified timeline on the Import Order Form. Applicable to Import Orders only

• The deposits are partially refundable with penalty or deduction in the following cases:

  • The buyer is unable to proceed with the purchase due to unexpected life events

• All deposits received by Mascardi are fully transferable to a different Mascardi car if applied within 6 months and partially transferable if applied within 12 months

• Incase of non-payment by the client exceeding 2 weeks from the date of reservation unless otherwise agreed, Mascardi retains the right to sell the car to other interested parties

Delivery

• Your Mascardi car is ready for delivery upon full payment

• Your Mascardi car undergoes its final detailing prior to delivery

• Any add on requests including but not limited to Mascardi Service Suite can be requested at time of delivery

• We require proof of insurance prior to giving delivery of your Mascardi

Transfer of ownership

• All Mascardi cars stay in ownership and as property of Mascardi till paid for in full

• Upon full payment, Mascardi will provide you with the duly executed transfer form and log book. In typical situations you are required to have a TIMS account and a copy of your PIN to accept the transfer of ownership

Service & Maintenance Plan

• All Mascardi cars are eligible to our in-house workshop and service center at discounted rates for genuine parts

• Your car comes covered with a complimentary pick and drop service and our teams ensure its service and maintenance schedules are followed to manufacturer specifications

Mascardi Trade back in

• Your Mascardi car is eligible for a trade-back-in at any point subject to an inspection and following terms

  • The vehicle is free from any major defect and accident-free

  • The vehicle has undergone its maintenance at Mascardi Service or authorized service center. Proof of service routine is required

  • The vehicle does not have after-market modifications

Exemptions

• Unless agreed to in prior writing otherwise, all above clauses remain valid
