TERMS & CONDITIONS

Due to staffing and resource limitations, Sell with Mascardi is currently only available for vehicles from 2016 onwards of the following brands:

  • Porsche

  • Range Rover

  • BMW

  • Audi

  • Mercedes Benz

  • Volkswagen

  • Volvo

  • Lexus

Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Vehicle Age and Mileage: Only vehicles from 2016 onwards with under 100,000 km are eligible for listing.

  2. Required Documentation: Sellers must provide the following export and verification documents before a listing can go live:

    • Auction sheets

    • Export certificate

    • C17 and duty verification documentation

    • Proof of ownership

Incomplete or falsified documentation will result in disqualification from the program.

Additional Terms:

  • Mascardi reserves the right to revise eligibility requirements, including mileage and vehicle criteria, at its sole discretion.

  • Further terms and conditions, including those related to mileage, vehicle usage, storage, and insurance, will be detailed in a contract issued upon vehicle approval.

  • Mascardi's decision on vehicle eligibility and sale conditions shall be final and binding.

By applying to Sell with Mascardi, sellers agree to abide by all applicable terms and conditions as outlined in the issued contract.

CHARGES

Applicable charges for Vetted Importing Partners and Private Sellers

Service Fees:

  • Listing Fee: A non-refundable fee of Ksh. 10,000 applies to all vehicle listings. Currently waived during our service introductory period**

  • Detailing, Grooming, Photography, and Marketing: A comprehensive service package valued at Ksh. 25,000, fully absorbed by Mascardi during the service introductory period**

Additional Costs:

  • Repair Charges: Any repairs required to bring the vehicle up to Mascardi's premium quality standards will be communicated and agreed upon prior to listing, with charges borne by the seller.

Sales Commission:

  • A competitive commission rate of 5% of the final sale value will apply upon successful vehicle sale.
