SALES SPECIALIST

You thrive on the ability to convince customers on products, create a customer’s imagination and leave them with a feeling that they simply have got to have a Mascardi car in their life. You are able to enrich customers with the brands vision, create unforgettable customer experiences and bring the ability to solidly close on deals.

 You love closing on deals and are relentless in your pursuit of bringing customers the true joy of owning their new car.

Core Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries (Call, WhatsApp)

• Schedule car viewings

• Ensure products are up to standards for customer viewings

• Showcase cars

• Customers follow up post inquiries and viewings.

• Report in customer flow management system

• Interest and strong knowledge of product

• Full Sale documentation - Issuance of Sale Agreement

• Customer journey support – Financing, Documentation, Logbook transfers

• Confirmation of funds receipts (from accounts)

• Import Order Processing and liaising with the logistics teams on the sourcing process. Update customers on order status.

• Deliver on set targets and sales KPIs.

Preferred Work Experience

•  Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management, Business Development and Sales.

• 5 year work experience in direct sales position with a strong proven track record

• Ability to showcase products, create enthusiasm for the product, convince customers and close sales directly.
